How do I change the address Qmail (MAILER-DAEMON@hostname.tld) sends error messages to.

As By default Plesk administrator’s email address is listed in:

/var/qmail/alias/.qmail-mailer-daemon
/var/qmail/alias/.qmail-postmaster
/var/qmail/alias/.qmail-root

You can edit these files and set the email which you need.
